Electrician Cum Plumber

Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Electrician cum Plumber to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and plumbing systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, service, and maintain a variety of electrical, electronic, and plumbing equipment. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can handle a wide range of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Electrical Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including wiring, circuits, outlets, and lighting fixtures. Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems and components to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and control systems. Perform routine maintenance on electrical panels, switchboards, and other electrical installations. Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs: Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. Install, inspect, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, and water supply lines. Perform routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, toilets, and sinks. Ensure all plumbing work complies with local codes and regulations. Equipment Service and Maintenance: Service and maintain a variety of electrical and electronic equipment, including appliances, HVAC systems, and other machinery. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all relevant equipment to ensure optimal performance. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while performing maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with electrical and plumbing codes and standards. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards in electrical and plumbing systems. QualificationsProven experience as both an electrician and plumber.
