Electrician cum Plumber

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Responsibilities:

• Handle operation and maintenance of LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) electrical systems.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair generators (gensets) and ensure periodic servicing.
• Monitor electrical loads, ensure timely meter readings, and prevent power failures.
• Perform electrical wiring, load balancing, earthing, and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in lighting, power circuits, and other electrical equipment.

Plumbing Responsibilities:

• Maintain water supply systems, pipelines, valves, and taps across the campus.
• Fix leakages, blockages, and drainage issues.
• Maintain water tanks, sump motors, and overhead tank water level systems.
• Assist with bathroom, toilet, and kitchen plumbing installations or repairs.

Other Technical Tasks:

• Operate and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
• Maintain UPS systems, change batteries, and ensure backup readiness.
• Provide support during school events, functions, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repair or replacement work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Plumbing (or both preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in LT & HT operations and genset maintenance is mandatory.
• Experience in CCTV operations, wiring, and basic IT hardware troubleshooting is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and plumbing schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and willing to respond to on-call duties, including early morning or late evening work if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
