Electrician

JOB PURPOSE:

• To provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after installation of the components.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and monitor the various equipments periodically.
• Locate the problems with the components and correct it.
• Suggest the management to buy a new component if necessary
• Install and maintain electrical control systems
• Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
• Operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
• Collaborate with CMO/SMO housekeeping staff and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
• Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
• Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material.
• Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments.
• Visit construction sites to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving electrical systems equipment that arise during construction.
• Ensures timely job progress by assigning work of available personnel on the job site and scheduling equipment use.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

• Has relation with all departments in the hospital as they are responsible for monitoring and maintaining all the electrical components used in the hospital for various activities.
• Assist in locating the problem and correcting it before any major problems arise

FREEDOM TO ACT (AUTHORITY)

o Has freedom to provide connectivity of the components to the departments and repairing the components if any with the help of other technicians

PROBLEM SOLVING

• Need to have a comfortable relation with all the people in the department.
• Solve the problems associated with the components at the earliest without disturbing the routine work of the hospital.
• Materials procurement, Job rotations to subordinates, Monitoring of subordinates works, Job orientation, Man management.
• Coordinate Electrical inspectorate works for annual inspection of Hospital, Electrical equipments such as Lifts, Gensets, and Insurance, HV/LV Systems etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Electrician: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
