Electrical Technician

As a Junior Electrical Technician, your role will involve assisting in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems in a residential society. You should have hands-on experience in electrical work and be capable of supporting the maintenance supervisor in resolving electrical complaints, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of all electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in resolving daily electrical complaints from residents or tenants. - Support in the maintenance of wiring, lighting, panels, switches, and other electrical equipment. - Help the supervisor in conducting regular electrical inspections and preventive maintenance. - Promptly report major electrical issues to the supervisor. - Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and safety checks. - Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance work, preferably in residential or commercial setups. - Hands-on knowledge of wiring, panels, electrical fixtures, and basic troubleshooting. - Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from the supervisor. - Good communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi.
