Responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing routine maintenance, executing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service. The technician will be required to adhere to safety standards and codes, educate clients on proper usage and maintenance of their appliances, and maintain detailed service records. A background in chimney inspection and repair, along with proficiency in handling various household appliances, is essential for this role.
