Job description  Cleaning Solar Panels: Your duty is to clean and maintain the solar panels installed on-site. This involves removing dirt, dust, leaves, bird droppings, and other debris to ensure optimal performance.  Preventive Maintenance : Ensure all solar plants are functioning correctly through regular maintenance and inspections.  Trouble shooting and Repairs : To identify and address issues Proactively.  Equipment Inspection: You will be responsible for inspecting the solar panel systems and associated equipment to identify any faulty components or signs of wear and tear that may require repair or replacement.  Safety Measures: While performing your duties, you must adhere to safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a hazard-free work environment.  Documentation: Keeping accurate records of panel cleaning schedules and maintenance activities is crucial. This information helps track the efficiency of panels and highlights any concerns that may affect their plant generations
