Job Title: Site Supervisor – Electrical Testing

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor with 8–10 years of experience in electrical testing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and proven experience in supervising site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site activities related to electrical testing.
• Ensure all testing procedures are carried out as per industry standards.
• Monitor manpower, allocate tasks, and handle contractors on-site.
• Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and management for smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety guidelines and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 8–10 years of site supervision experience in electrical testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing procedures, tools, and safety protocols.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Salary: As per experience and expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
