Electrical Project Coordinator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing material management, project profitability analysis, and efficient material delivery processes to ensure the smooth operation of electrical infra projects. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with a team will be key in executing all aspects of material management effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the tracking and management of stock both on-site and in the store, along with conducting random stock-taking activities with your assigned team. - Ensure the accuracy of stock records by performing checks and identifying discrepancies. - Collaborate with other departments to guarantee timely availability and movement of materials. - Assess and calculate project profitability on a feeder-wise basis, analyze material consumption, and associated costs to determine profit margins. - Provide insights and reports on project profitability to management, offering improvement solutions as needed. - Complete proper documentation at each stage of the material delivery process while ensuring compliance with company standards. - Track all deliveries, resolve any issues during the delivery process, and ensure timely arrival of materials at the designated location. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Proven experience in material management, project profitability analysis, and overseeing logistics and deliveries. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of material management software and project management tools is a plus. - Strong communication and reporting skills.
