Job Title: Electrical Planning Engineer (P6)

Job Summary:

Electrical Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
for electrical engineering works.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to align planning activities with actual site progress.
Monitor construction progress, track delays, and analyze variances between planned vs. actual.
Assist in resource and cost loading for all electrical scopes of work.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Identify critical paths and suggest mitigation plans for schedule delays.
Support in project documentation, including baseline programs, look-ahead plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering
or a related discipline.
Minimum
28 years
of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in
electrical works
.

Technical Skills Required:

Proficiency in Primavera P6
is mandatory.
Experience in planning for
electrical installations, cable works, switchgear, transformers, and substation projects
.
Strong understanding of project management concepts (EVM, WBS, resource planning, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented and organized in planning activities and reporting.
