Knowledge of Electrical panel boards, Power configuration for motors, DG Set, Wiring
Diagrams, and Conveyors, VFD Drive, Assembly fixtures, Welding machines and power press
Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
Daily monitoring of all equipment, machines and utilities and recording the observations.
Diagnose and Troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic issues with Machines.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for Machines to prevent
breakdowns and extend equipment life span
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities equipment performance and spare
parts inventory
Conduct routine Inspections and maintenance of SPM Machines, EOT Cranes, gantry
Cranes, Welding Machine, Motors, Compressors, DG and Electrical Control panel to Ensure
optimal performance and minimize downtime
Work with Specialist equipment, such as PLC, HMI which control machinery on Factory
Assembly lines
Deal with Emergencies, Unplanned problems and repairs.
Qualification: ITI (Electrical) / Diploma in Electrical
Experience: 2+ years
