Job Description

Job Summary

The Diploma Electrical Engineer will be responsible for supporting electrical operations,

preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems in the

Lithium-Ion battery manufacturing facility. The role involves working closely with

production, quality, and safety teams to ensure reliable operation of equipment such as

Electrode, cell assembly, formation machines and power distribution systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems,

automation equipment, and power distribution units.

• Maintain and diagnose issues in PLC, SCADA, and control panel systems.

• Ensure minimal downtime through timely repairs and predictive maintenance.

• Monitor and maintain LV panels, switchgear, transformers, UPS, DG sets, and

backup power systems.

• Maintain safety and reliability of HVAC, AHU, DHU, compressed air, and

cleanroom electrical connections.

• Follow all electrical safety standards (including LOTO, PPE use, and grounding

procedures).

• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, internal SOPs, and statutory guidelines.

• Support EHS team in risk assessments.
