Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all die-casting equipment, melting and holding furnaces, including electrical systems, robotics, chillers, and mould temperature controllers.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues in die-casting machines and related auxiliary equipment to restore optimal working conditions.
Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of Pressure Die Casting Machines
Troubleshoot and implement solutions for problems related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other machine control systems to minimize downtime.
Conduct panel wiring tasks as part of both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Conduct scheduled maintenance on electrical components to prevent future malfunctions and extend equipment lifespan.
Operation and Maintenance of HT yards, Transformer, VCB, and MV panel
Preferably holding a C License, Knowledge IN Pneumatic & Hydraulic (Mechanical Maintenance) added advantage.
