Role & responsibilities Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements. Electrical Maintenance - Junior Engineer chennai 3 - 5 years INR 3.5 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities Electrical Maintenance Junior Engineer ; 4- 6 Years of Relevant Experience Maintenance & Repairs: Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all die-casting equipment, melting and holding furnaces, including electrical systems, robotics, chillers, and mould temperature controllers. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and issues in die-casting machines and related auxiliary equipment to restore optimal working conditions. Maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of Pressure Die Casting Machines PLC & Controls: Troubleshoot and implement solutions for problems related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other machine control systems to minimize downtime. Panel Wiring: Conduct panel wiring tasks as part of both preventive and breakdown maintenance activities. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Conduct scheduled maintenance on electrical components to prevent future malfunctions and extend equipment lifespan. High-tension Electrical line Operation and Maintenance of HT yards, Transformer, VCB, and MV panel Preferably holding a C License, Knowledge IN Pneumatic & Hydraulic (Mechanical Maintenance) added advantage. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Electrical and Electronics,4- 7 Years of Relevant Experience in Electrical Maintenance.
