Electrical Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision:

  Supervise and manage all electrical activities on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

• Design Review and Implementation:

  Review electrical designs and drawings, and ensure their accurate implementation during installation.

• Installation Management:

  Oversee the installation of electrical systems such as power distribution systems, lighting systems, wiring, and other electrical infrastructure.

• Quality Control:

  Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure the quality of work and compliance with standards.

• Coordination with Stakeholders:

  Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and resolution of issues.

• Testing and Commissioning:

  Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

  Address and resolve electrical issues promptly to avoid project delays.

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, tests, and other site activities.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure all electrical installations and activities adhere to safety regulations and best practices.

• Progress Monitoring:

  Monitor project timelines and report on progress to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience:
