Qualification - BE (Electrical), DEE

Experience - 8 to 10 Years

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & monitoring of Power Temple, Power Transformers, HT, LT Distribution system, critical machines-CNC/PLC, DG sets, Air compressors
• Maintenance & monitoring of Air conditioning, UPS, CCTV, IPA, DPA, CKC, BTG related work, Shop/office, and Open yard lighting
• Troubleshooting electrical/electronic breakdown related to PLC & CNC of all critical machines and other equipment (STBW, RTR, Panel Welding, Bending, Drilling machines etc)
• Monitoring and analysis of electrical energy consumption, maximum demand, power factor improvement, TOD benefits
• CNC/PLC back-up-scheduling & compliance
• Maintenance assignments tracker-Prepare, update & review periodically.
• Support for GRN Clearance to QAC. Service order & RGP generation in BaaN.
• Monitoring PM schedule & its compliance, Corrective maintenance
• All spares procurement- Part/Item code generation in BaaN, Quotations, Enquiry & PR generation in BaaN and follow ups with Purchase team and Vendors.
• Maintaining spares min-max levels & replenishment
• Electrical inward spares inspection, testing and verification.
• MSEDCL/Open Access billing activity
• Budget monitoring, CAPEX implementation
• Implementation of new projects to improve productivity & Quality & reduce TPT.
• Audits and compliance to audits (ISO/OHAS, Safety/ASME, etc)
• PM & Breakdown analysis, MTTR, MTBF & CAPA in CMMS (Maintenance Management system)
• TPM, 1'S,2'S Initiatives.
• Maintenance & monitoring of Welding machines, Welding torches & Electrical portable tools
• Ontime support to Safety function -Man & machine
• Project Agile
• Machine Manuals/Software update and preservation.
• Maintenance risk assessment
• Periodic audits of safety devices like RCCB/ELCB, all earth pits, electrical panels like PCC, MCC, PDB, SR DBs, Column DBs, portable DBs, Batteries etc at fixed intervals
• Scheduling & conducting thermography, arc flash assessment study of all electrical panels & DBs at fixed intervals.
• Schedule & maintain calibration certificates of various electrical measuring instruments.
• Statutory Annual Electrical Inspection of Plant and Machineries
• Welding machines & SR DB audits at fixed interval

Critical Competencies:

Shall have in-depth knowledge of:

• PLC & CNC troubleshooting
• HT & LT power distribution, SLD, wiring diagrams, GA drawings.
