Electrical & Instrumentation Designer

As a Design Engineer - E&I, you will be responsible for various tasks including studying equipment and preparing control philosophy, ensuring compliance with customers" specifications, estimating costs of E&I components, and preparing documents such as datasheets for various components. You will also be involved in selecting suitable components from vendors, submitting documents to customers, preparing drawings for control panels and junction boxes, and creating lists such as I/O list, cable schedule, and electrical load list. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing the earthing system and verifying it. To be successful in this role, you should have a BE/BTech degree in Electrical or Instrumentation with 3-4 years of experience, or a Diploma with 6-8 years of experience. Proficiency in using tools like Excel and Outlook is required, along with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
