About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join our Solar EPC team. The role involves supporting the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems for residential and commercial projects. Candidates with strong fundamentals in electrical systems and a passion for renewable energy will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in electrical installation and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems.
• Handle wiring, cabling, earthing, and inverter connections as per drawings and safety standards.
• Conduct site surveys, load analysis, and electrical measurements.
• Perform testing and quality checks to ensure optimal system performance.
• Coordinate with project and procurement teams for smooth execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during and after installation.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and basic solar PV concepts.
• Freshers with internship/project experience in solar are welcome.
• Willingness to travel for on-site installation work.
• Problem-solving attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
