Electrical Incharge - Rolling Mill

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical In-Charge for our TMT Bars Rolling Mill section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the electrical team in the Rolling Mill section.
• Ensure timely maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain records of electrical maintenance, spares, and preventive schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in electrical operations.
• Participate in equipment upgrades and modernization projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance of a TMT Bars Rolling Mill.
• Strong knowledge of rolling mill drives, motors, PLC systems, and control panels.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
