Responsible for managing and overseeing all electrical-related operations of the plant to ensure smooth functioning, safety compliance, and equipment reliability.
• Conduct health checks of major electrical equipment such as GT, DT, Generator, HT Cables/Breakers, etc. • Ensure upkeep of plant lighting systems and maintain separate logbooks for operations and maintenance data. • Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules. • Handle inventory management including indenting, procurement, and maintenance of stock levels. • Develop vendors for alternate/indigenous spares to replace imported/Chinese spares. • Monitor auxiliary power consumption and implement optimization plans.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, industry practices, and HSE regulations • Experience in electrical equipment operations & maintenance • Proficiency in MS Office, electrical tools, inventory management • Strong ownership, communication, and alignment with company values
• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in plant electrical operations
