Role Description

this is a partnership role with small investment to build prototype and raise funding not just a job.the Engineer will be responsible for selection or designing motors and generators, controllers to maintain balance between power delivery and efficiency. This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineer (Motor Designer) serving as a cofounder at Effi-Car. The position is based in Kothagudem. The role involves designing and developing electric motors, overseeing power distribution and electrical systems, and ensuring efficient performance of power systems. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation and product design, contributing significantly to the development of advanced energy-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Design and strong foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering
• Experience and expertise in Electricity and Power Distribution
• Knowledge of Power Systems and familiarity with system optimization
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Strong leadership and project management skills are an added advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
