Job description
1. EE engineer team leader of EMS projects, hiring , training , and leading Engineer team to achieve project goal 2.Lead Eng. Team to perform failure analysis, testing and functional validation for EMS Products and sort out high quality reports. 3.Attend meeting , work with cross function teams for failure analysis, debug and DoE, as well as interactions with customers and vendors. 4.Training Eng. team to develop understanding for product design through schematics and datasheets. 5.Offline DOE station overlay development and stations setup/maintain 6.Lead Eng. Team to perform Yield improvement, track root cause and correction action of failures. 7.Lead Eng. Team to Compilation guidance document and support for Mass production. Test Skill requirement:
1.Strong basic knowledge of electronics, consumer electronics and power supply, and a good understanding of EMS products. 2.Deep understanding and practical experience in general EE equipment, including oscilloscope, DMM, logic analyzer, power analyzer, etc. 3.Deep understanding and experience in I2C, SPI, SPMI, UART, USB and other protocols. 4.Have the debug and test experience in some of the following areas: CPU/SOC, power(DC-DC converters, battery, power management, low power design), analog circuits, audio/ camera/ display/ wireless / sensor. 5.Good communication skills in English. NICE TO HAVE: 1.Excellent FA capability to deal with complex issues 2.Experience with some advanced equipment including TDR, LiT, EDS/SEM etc. 3.Firmware, programming and Python skills 4.Experience in electronic hardware related design is a plus. 5.Engineer team management experience is a plus.
