About the Role

Seeking an enterprising Electrical Engineer to join an R&D team specializing in innovative energy conversion solutions. The role centers on the design, assembly, and execution of circuits for advanced energy harvesting and transformation, with an emphasis on hands-on work and power electronics integration. Candidates will work closely with multidisciplinary experts to develop, evaluate, and optimize novel circuitry for next-generation energy systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and build electrical circuits for energy conversion, integrating power electronic components.
• Assemble and test prototype circuits and devices, ensuring robust performance in laboratory and experimental settings.
• Execute hands-on measurement, troubleshooting, and optimization of circuit performance and energy conversion efficiency.
• Work with simulation and analysis tools (COMSOL, MATLAB, Ansys, etc.) to model and refine circuit designs.
• Collaborate with specialists in materials science and systems engineering for end-to-end integration of energy solutions.
• Document design iterations, test results, and technical findings for internal and external reporting.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Direct experience in designing and building power electronic circuits (minimum of 3 years preferred).
• Proficiency with simulation and design software (e.g., COMSOL, MATLAB, Ansys) and circuit analysis tools.
• Strong hands-on testing skills using laboratory instrumentation (oscilloscopes, power meters, analyzers, etc.).
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in electronic prototyping and testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with energy conversion, renewable energy.
• Exposure to high-frequency, high-efficiency, or embedded power electronics systems.
• Contributions to product development, patents, or technical articles in advanced energy conversion.
