Job Title: Electrical Engineer Control Panel & Automation

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics /

Instrumentation / Mechatronics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Electrical Engineer with experience in Control

Panel Design, Electrical Material Selection, Field Wiring, and Industrial Automation. The

ideal candidate should be proficient in EPLAN and AutoCAD, have practical knowledge of

Siemens PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and be willing to travel for machine service, installation, and

commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Control Panels based on project requirements and applicable

standards.

• Create and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) with correct part codes and specifications.

• Select appropriate electrical and field wiring materials considering application and

standards.

• Prepare control schematics and wiring diagrams using EPLAN and AutoCAD.

• Perform field wiring of machines and control systems on-site or in-house.

• Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and other relevant electrical standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material procurement and assembly.

• Carry out troubleshooting and debugging of control panels and machine electrical

systems.

• Service, support, and installation at customer sites (both domestic and overseas as

required).

• Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain machine documentation.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in Control Panel Design & Field Wiring

• Knowledge of electrical components .

• Strong understanding of field wiring practices, cable selection, earthing, and routing

• Proficient in EPLAN P8 and AutoCAD Electrical

• Good command of PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens platform)

• Expertise in handling and configuring different VFDs (Siemens, Schneider, Delta,

etc.)

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and machine wiring diagrams

• Willingness to travel for service and installation assignments
