Key Responsibilities

• Centralized AC Chiller Systems

  : Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of centralized AC chiller systems, ensuring they meet energy efficiency and environmental standards.

• Fire Safety Systems

  : Design, install, and maintain fire alarm and fire suppression systems (including plant and equipment) for commercial and residential buildings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Electrical Systems

  : Handle the installation, maintenance, and optimization of HT (High Tension) and LT (Low Tension) electrical systems, including power distribution and load balancing.

• LV/HV Systems Knowledge

  : Possess a comprehensive understanding of Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) systems and their proper implementation within commercial and residential developments.

• Project Execution

  : Collaborate with contractors, builders, and project managers to ensure electrical systems are installed per project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

• Site Inspections

  : Perform regular site inspections to assess the progress of electrical works, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions as needed.

• System Integration

  : Ensure proper integration of electrical, fire, and HVAC systems to provide a seamless and fully functional infrastructure for the building.

• Technical Support

  : Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, ensuring smooth execution of all electrical and fire safety-related tasks.

• Documentation

  : Maintain accurate records of designs, installation procedures, testing, and inspections. Prepare necessary reports for compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

• Qualifications

  : Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Experience

  : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on MEP systems, preferably in commercial or residential real estate and construction projects.

• Skills

  :
• Strong knowledge of

  centralized AC chiller systems

  and HVAC installations.
• Hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of

  fire alarm systems

  and fire plant equipment.
• Proficiency in designing and handling

  HT & LT electrical systems

  (High Tension & Low Tension).
• In-depth understanding of

  LV/HV systems

  , including power distribution, protection, and fault detection.
• Familiarity with

  building codes

  , safety regulations, and industry standards.
