Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for overseeing all electrical operations across our multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of industrial Electrical systems, Control Panels, Circuits DIAGRAM UNDERSTANDING, P.L.C, NO/NC, AC DRIVES systems, and be capable of troubleshooting and maintaining electrical units critical to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all electrical systems and machinery across facilities.
• Ensure continuous operation and minimal downtime of all electrical units.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults across industrial equipment and control systems.
• Control panel installations, wiring (AC/DC, NO/NC), and upgrades.
• Supervise electrical maintenance teams and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and installation teams for smooth functioning.
• Provide technical guidance under high-pressure situations and during electrical emergencies.
• Evaluate electrical systems for efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules and manage breakdowns.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum Experience: 8+ years working as an Electrical Engineer in the PVC pipe manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial panels, motors, AC/DC systems, and electrical units.
• Ability to lead teams and work independently with responsibility.
• Skilled at working in high-pressure and time-sensitive conditions.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Education

• Master’s/Bachelor’s - Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.

Salary

• As per industry standards and based on experience and skillset.
