Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical design using tools such as AutoCAD, E3, OrCAD, and Electrical SolidWorks.
Support process improvements and layout planning activities.
Participate in Kaizen and Lean projects to enhance productivity and quality.
Prepare work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conduct capacity studies to assess production capabilities.
Perform value stream mapping (VSM) to identify process inefficiencies.
Apply combined design and production knowledge to optimize workflows.

Mandatory Skills :

Proficient in electrical design tools: AutoCAD, E3, OrCAD, Electrical SolidWorks.
Experience supporting process improvements and layout planning.
Familiarity with Kaizen and Lean methodologies.
Skilled in preparing work instructions and SOPs.
Ability to conduct capacity studies and value stream mapping (VSM).
Strong understanding of both design and production processes.

Desired Skills:

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle).
Experience leading 5S initiatives and Kanban implementation.
