Job Description

Lead and manage assigned projects and teams, focusing on capacity building, fostering collaboration, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement with all customers
Good understanding of electrical concepts like three phase power calculations.
Good understanding of complex power calculation and estimation.
Design and review of electrical distribution systems for industrial, residential and commercial building applications
Preparation/ checking of single line diagram with protection and metering requirement.
Preparation/ checking of detailed calculation for major electrical equipment like transformer, DGs, Capacitor bank, UPS, Battery & Battery charger, Neutral Grounding resistor, etc.
Preparation/ checking of detailed design calculation for earthing, lighting, cable sizing, cable tray/ trench sizing, lightning Protection, etc
Preparation/ checking electrical Load list, cable schedule.
Preparation/ checking of Electrical Layouts like earthing, lighting, cable tray/ trench, Fire alarm system, telephone system, public address system, etc.
Understanding/ checking of substation automation system.
Vendor document review (Electrical equipment).
Understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation
Contributes design modification to uphold design quality.
Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are designed meeting internal standards and other relevant IS/IEC standards
