Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CAD Trainer to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD Electrical software and possess excellent communication and teaching skills. As a CAD Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students and professionals, ensuring they gain a comprehensive understanding of CAD principles and software.Knowledge in PPM and Primavera will be added an advantage.functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Conducting training sessions on CAD software for various batches of students and professionals. Providing hands-on guidance and support to trainees, addressing their queries and troubleshooting software-related issues. Evaluating trainee progress through assessments, practical assignments, and feedback sessions. Maintaining accurate records of attendance, performance, and course completion. Staying updated with the latest advancements and industry trends in CAD software and design methodologies. Participating in promotional activities, workshops, and seminars as required. Ensuring a conducive and engaging learning environment for all trainees. Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Proven expertise and hands-on experience with AutoCAD software. Knowledge in PPM and Primavera will be added an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to teaching. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
