Job Summary

Electrical BIM Modeler


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage advanced electrical BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD. 
  • Create and update BIM manuals, project standards, and parametric families. 
  • Generate precise electrical drawings and interdisciplinary coordination models. 
  • Maintain version control, conduct quality checks, and ensure accurate project documentation. 
  • Resolve project-level BIM issues and collaborate with stakeholders for effective delivery. 
  • Mentor junior team members and support productivity improvements. 
  • Facilitate smooth coordination among architectural, structural, and MEP teams. 


Technical / Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for electrical system modeling. 
  • Strong skills in creating advanced parametric families and BIM documentation. 
  • In-depth understanding of electrical systems and BIM standards. 
  • Experience developing and enforcing project BIM standards and manuals. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 


Education

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering,
