Electrical and Electronics Engineer

What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION.

• Competent knowledge in Electronics and instrumentation cabinet/Rack/Panel wiring and integration building with mastering To Study of Electronics circuits, Electrical drawings and Load Calculations, SLD, schedule equipment, specs., quantities & preparation of costing, Prepare for BOQ of electrical / Electronic Equipment s.


• Has a deep understanding of various national and international standards applicable in the Cabinet integration, Designing as per local , global or customer specific standards with hands on experience To prepare single line diagram & detailed assembly drawing for integration. Layout Design - Cable Tray Layout, Cable Routing, Bus-Trucking System, drawing preparations, To Cross checking of design drawings, Checking BOM quantity as per drawings ( Validation with customer requirements) and to prepare the overall project solution as per the requirement of customer.


• Understanding of LV circuits, Load calculation, designing of closed protection according to the type II coordination, Designing of instrumentation control panel.


• Knowledge on Testing requirement.


• Knowledge of Certification requirements in Various verticals (Railways, Aerospace & Defense, General Electronics).


• Technical Coordination with vendors to assist SCM/Procurement team.


• Skills in software like AutoCAD, Solid Works Harness, E-Plan, Microsoft Visio and basic knowledge of PLC & SCADA.

  Ability to understand customer requirement.

  Create electrical wiring diagrams, Layout and routings.

  Knowledge of Equipment integration like Switch gears, breakers, batteries and control systems a must

  Good Understanding of Panel Integration, Assembly challenges and corresponding standards

  Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
