Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electric Bike Fitter to join our assembly team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fitting and assembling bicycles, especially electric bikes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assemble and fit electric bikes as per company specifications and quality standards.
• Install components such as motors, batteries, brakes, gears, and electronic systems.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and basic troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, torque, and calibration of parts during assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the assembly area.
• Work closely with the quality team to rectify any defects or issues.
• Maintain records of daily work and report any concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of experience in bicycle or electric bike fitting and assembly.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to use tools and machinery used in bicycle assembly.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to stand/work for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
