Job Description

Role Title:

Role Purpose:

What the role entails

(Key Responsibilities)

Owner winding and colouring control (Draw/PT machine/coloring machine)
Tuning of PLC controls to smoothen the process operations
Drive automation projejcts
Striving for expertise in PLC and controls part of winding equipment
Driving Process improvement, Failure Analysis & CAPA for winding related complaints
Responsible for winding and coloring related documentation
To deliver winding capability improvement
PI system implementation and help to create controls data availability
Able to work as CFT member in internal OEE projects.
Support operations/Quality/safety for winding and coloring equipment changes and creating feedback mechanism.
Scrap reduction in New products
Work with IT to create process equipment data online
Conversant with change management system

What we are looking for in you

Proficient in PLC programming and controls
Analytical and problem solving abilities, structured thinking.
Superior in MS Excel
Decision making ability
Understanding Controls and its implications on process.
Presentation skills.
Knowledge of SQL and MIS

Minimum Qualifications & Critical Exposure to Perform the Job at the Optimum Level

Manufacturing/operation & process control in clean room technology

BE/B.Tech Electrical from NIT/IIT college or institute.
