Responsibilities: Establishes new customers/accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule. Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating product improvements and operational excellence. Work collaboratively with all techno-commercial departments within the organization for arranging customer support with respect to Data Sheets, Technical Specifications which should lead to Order closures. Generates strong pipeline and converts same into orders by effectively marketing company's technically sound and quality-centric product range. Meticulously works on set targets and achieves them by the combined effort of expertise, guidance from Management and tactical intelligence. Prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends; attends periodic Sales Reviews Establish and maintain profitable customer relationships with OEMs and Channel Partners in the long term. On an ongoing basis, maintains detailed reports on visits, leads, sales figures and other essential reports flawlessly, in order to ensure real time database management. Identify new product development opportunities by understanding markets and customer requirements; contribute to the process of NPD by the means of collaborating between customer and company. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Coordinate for customer visits to the factory, in-house presentations and similar activities. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties, as may be assigned by the Management and by the virtue of the position. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech-Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Instrumentation 3+ years experience of Industrial Electronics Component businesses / Switchgear / Electrical Panel Accessories / Instrumentation Products / Electromechanical products segment Build and maintain sound business relations with customers Coordinate effectively between customers and factory, as may be required. Ability to identify problem areas and device feasible solutions Demonstrated ability of Sales Targets Achievement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Identify and target potential customers and market segments like EV Charger Manufacturers, OEMs, Automobile manufacturers to expand the customer base and increase sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing campaigns, promotional material, and digital content to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and reports to the Management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities. Lead and motivate the sales team, setting segment sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish the company's presence, build relationships, and generate leads. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the EV industry, including technological advancements, regulatory changes, and market trends, and incorporate them into sales and marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure effective product launches, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: BE / B.Tech- Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical 10 -15 years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
