1. Candidate must have experience in 220 KV / 400 KV transmission line projects execution.
2. Experience in Estimation, Reading & understanding drawings / documentation, Material Take Off, Interface Coordination activities in EHV (220KV / 400KV) in India.
3. Ensure successful feasibility, planning, organizing, cost management, resourcing, design management, procurement & execution.
4. Good experience in line survey, foundation, erection, sag- tension calculations, stringing & commissioning stage.
5. Handling ROW issues.
6. Completed minimum 100 Km of transmission line in carrier.
7. Accountable for timely execution & completion of allotted work.
8. Take responsibility for site progress & comply site requirement considering Scheduled Supply Plan.
9. Co-ordination with Clients regarding Project related issues & feedback.
10. Follow-up & Co-ordination with sub-contractor for execution of Project.
11. Follow-up with the Procurement Department for timely supply of materials.
12. Follow-up with Clients & Consultants regarding Engineering Activity.
13. Administrative responsibility on the department level to maintain uninterrupted work flow.
14. Manage team of supervisors working down the line.
15. Understanding of all electrical equipment's, components, being used in Project Erection, Instalment & Commissioning stage.
16. Plan Cost Effectiveness measurement & execute necessary cost cutting activities
