EHS&S Data Management & Analytics

Role Overview: As a Specialist in the EHS&S-Data Management & Analytical team at Corteva, you will play a critical role in managing and analyzing safety, health, and environmental data. Your responsibilities will include collecting, interpreting, and presenting data-driven insights to support the organization's safety performance and business strategies through advanced analytics. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret safety, health, and environmental data using data science techniques such as predictive modeling, time series modeling, and forecasting. - Design and maintain dashboards to monitor safety performance and present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders. - Develop visualizations of data using Excel, Power-BI, and other tools to effectively communicate findings. - Analyze safety data, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement in safety performance. - Utilize programming languages like Python and R to manipulate data and evaluate model performance. - Develop and maintain databases using SQL Server. - Create presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate findings and recommendations. - Keep up to date with industry trends, new data analytics techniques, and safety regulations. - Support the development of safety programs by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Statistics, or related fields. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analytics with a focus on safety data. - Strong skills in data science, including predictive modeling, time series modeling, and forecasting. - Proficiency in data visualization using Excel, Power-BI, and other tools. - Experience in programming languages such as Python and R. - Proficient in working with SQL Server and developing databases. - Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex data insights. - Knowledge of SharePoint at a beginner level is desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
