EHS_Water Plant Operations Specialist_Executive/ Senior Executive

• Planning, executing and monitoring of the operation of water distribution & generation systems as specified in the SOPs.
• Planning, executing and monitoring of the operation of kill systems / Kill autoclave as specified in the SOPs.
• Operation of Equipment's / Systems like Dynamic Pass box, Peristaltic pump, Purified Water Generator, Pure Steam Generation and Distribution, Purified Water Distribution System, Water for Injection Generator, Hot Water for Injection distribution system, AWFI distribution system, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, kill systems & kill autoclave (Not limited to).
• Preparation of dosing chemicals.
• Initiation of notifications in SAP for instruments/equipments breakdown & follow-up.
• Generation, review & archival of reports.
• Responsible to draft preliminary investigation for deviations, proposal for change control and implementation of CAPAs to ensure high quality GMP standard.
• Operation & verification (If applicable) of Analytical instruments like Integrity Testing Machine (Not limited to).
• Adherence to material movement, equipment movement & waste movement procedures.
• Completion of trainings before the execution of activities.
• Adherence to SOP and good manufacturing practices.
• Operation of devices like calculator (Not limited to).
• Material consumption in SAP if any.
• Ensuring the equipment / instruments are within the Preventive maintenance & Calibration due dates and witnessing the Preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
• Sequencing the procedures and processes which are taking place on shop floor.
• Identifying the procedural gaps and addressing the same.
• Documenting the operations in appropriate sections of the documents by following GDP.
• Identifying and reporting the non-conformities / Events and coordinating in investigating the same for the identification of root cause.
• Complying with QA & EHS procedures.
• Identifying and reporting the EHS related non-conformities / Incidents and coordinating in investigating the same for the identification of root cause.
• Maintaining appropriate clean room behaviors, health & hygiene practices and regularly following personnel entry/exit procedures in shop floor.
• Escorting the visitors as per the SOP.

Education: BSC, MSC, B.Tech any bachelors with Chemical background only.
