Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) In-Charge located Uttar Pradesh. The ETP In-Charge will be responsible for overseeing , guide and provide technical and administrative expertise to ensure smooth operations of integrated technologies - SUF, Ion exchange, Reverse Osmosis (RO), ZLD & Evaporators (MEE) plants in safe, compliant and profitable manner. Must have hands on experience of operations, maintenance & troubleshooting of these technologies. Managing team, customers & stakeholders is the key. Qualifications Hands on experience in Ultrafiltration (SUF), RO, MEE & ZLD. Ability to manage plant staff, customers, stakeholders and supervise daily operations Skills in conducting routine maintenance, repairs, and monitoring treatment processes Competence in maintaining detailed records, generating reports, and utilizing digital tools Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environment, Mech Engineering, or related field Show more Show less
