Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Faculty (Mentor) located in Vishakhapatnam. The EEE Faculty (Mentor) will be responsible for mentoring students, designing course materials, delivering lectures, and conducting practical labs. Other responsibilities include assessing student progress, providing feedback, and guiding students through projects and research. Collaborating with peers to improve curriculum and staying updated with the latest industry trends are also key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering concepts
• Experience in teaching, mentoring, or facilitating student learning
• Ability to design and deliver comprehensive course materials and lectures
• Skilled in conducting practical labs and assessing student progress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in EEE
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the tech industry or in educational technology is a plus
