Role & responsibilities Purpose of the Role Within the framework Project vehicle or Program vehicle and Capacity enhancement - Ensures the processing and the industrialization Vehicle Production Process Engineering for the perimeter CMON in accordance with the EOL tool programming - Need to co-ordinate with engineering team to understand the requirements and carry the advanced study of EOL test requirement - Create EOL test Sequence creation and standardising EOL Process sheet, Station readiness and drive the issues . - Interface with the other department (Project, Quality, Manufacturing, Product) Job Responsibilities - Advanced study during co design phase. - Raise Manufacturing issue in PLM & follow up for resolution with Product - Write the technical requirements to be met by the product to allow the industrialization of the chosen solution - EOL Test sequence creation for different station ( Flashing , Brake filling, Rolls & Brake, Wheel Alignment ,ADAS, Final check ) production tools - Incorporating the new model vehicle in Filling machine, wheel alignment , Rolls & Brake , ADAS - Analyse the DTC with available information and drive the Engineering team for solution. - Analyse the CAN logs using different tools and conclude the issue for NRC. -Tooling, Jigs, Fixture Design & Implementation for EOL Process - Process FMEA, control plan creation for Critical/Safety process - Keep a detailed inventory of the EOL process in the various terminal factories. Identify deviations from the repository and propose convergence actions - Assisting the team in case of any technical failures/breakdown to troubleshoot and to rectify issues at the earliest - Equipment Technical Specification creation, RFQ creation, Technical Alignment , Installation , Snag Closure & Buy off. - Supplier Selection, Technical Specification creation, Installation & Buy off. - Handover to Serial life Production - Lesson learnt creation & Feedback to Upcoming New vehicle models - Repair process creation for New Vehicle. Job Specification Qualification Engineering Graduate Competencies a) Technical Assembly Layout & architecture Knowledge in CANoe, Canalyzser Java, CMD,MS office Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture , UDS protocol FMEA, A3 Resolution /8D/QC story approach in the Problem Solving b) Behavioural Good Communication Good Negotiator Proactive Approach Capacity with decision making , Prioritization
