Educational Counselor(UK/US Shift)

Your responsibilities will include: Student Counseling: - Providing guidance to international students regarding online certification and degree programs, admission processes, and career benefits. - Evaluating student profiles to recommend suitable programs based on their academic background, professional experience, and career objectives. Sales and Enrollment: - Conducting detailed consultations to address student queries and emphasize the unique value proposition of the programs. - Driving sales by meeting enrollment targets for online courses through effective follow-ups and engagement. - Collaborating with the marketing team to convert leads from various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and webinars. Market Research and Strategy: - Staying updated on global education trends, industry demands, and competitor offerings. - Providing inputs to enhance the positioning of programs in international markets. Documentation Support: - Providing accurate information on program fees, financing options, and scholarship availability. Relationship Building: - Establishing trust-based, long-term relationships with students to ensure they feel supported throughout the enrollment process. - Maintaining contact with alumni to encourage referrals and gather feedback. Key Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Sales, Education, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the EdTech sector or online education. - Familiarity with online certification and degree programs and their value in the global market. The work location for this role is Noida, and only face-to-face interviews will be conducted there.,
