As a Program Counselor, you will play a key role in assisting students with choosing the most appropriate undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Your responsibilities will include providing personalized counseling from the initial conversation to enrollment, ensuring consistent follow-ups with potential students to address inquiries, establish connections, and enhance conversion rates. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to enhance counseling strategies based on real-time interactions and student feedback. The ideal candidate should possess 1-8 years of experience in promoting undergraduate and postgraduate programs, particularly for countries like the USA, Canada, and Europe. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to form authentic relationships and earn the trust of students.
