About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Academic Counsellor to join our Pune team. You will play a key role in guiding students through their course selection process, managing enrollments, and helping them achieve their learning goals. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy communication, counselling, and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel and assist students in selecting suitable courses and training programs.
• Identify and follow up with potential students to achieve admission targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends and provide insights to management.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication).
