What you will do

• Design & Development: Create assessment tools (surveys, focus group guides, interview protocols) and frameworks.
• Data Collection: Data Gathering and analysis
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to find trends, strengths, weaknesses, and reasons for performance gaps.
• Reporting: Summarize findings, create reports, and present recommendations to key stakeholders. Submit a through report with a need gap analysis by the end of the contract, including one draft report 15 days into the project
• Collaboration: Work with educators, administrators, and cross-functional teams to implement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure assessments meet organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards
