Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage Prospects: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential learners to understand their academic background, career goals, and personal motivations.
• Personalized Guidance: Recommend suitable courses and certifications that align with individual career paths and aspirations.
• Admissions Support: Provide end-to-end assistance throughout the admissions process via phone, email, and chat to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
• Program Expertise: Clearly communicate program details, including curriculum, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
• Lead Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions using CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the admissions funnel.
• Target Achievement: Contribute to enrollment growth by meeting or exceeding monthly student conversion targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions (Fresh graduates welcome)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems is a plus
