As a successful candidate, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in an academic advising or counselling role is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this position. You must have empathy and the ability to understand students" needs and concerns. Proficiency in VLOOKUP and Pivot Table is also a necessary qualification.
