Job Description: Education / Academic Counselor
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 6 Months as an Academic / Education Counselor
Language: Excellent English Communication Required
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about academic programs and career options
Handle inbound & outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries
Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly admission targets
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and processes
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience as an Academic / Education Counselor
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Graduate / Undergraduate (any discipline)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
