Education Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students and working professionals through calls, video consultations, emails, and messaging platforms.
• Understand educational background, career intent, and learning preferences to suggest suitable UG/PG programs.
• Present program offerings by explaining learning outcomes, course structure, evaluation methods, and academic milestones.
• Manage end-to-end application coordination, ensuring timely submission of forms, documents, and fees.
• Track all interactions, application stages, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
• Perform structured follow-ups to keep applicants engaged and support informed decision-making.
• Act as a single point of contact for applicants during the admission journey.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; exposure to higher education, student services, or client-facing roles is an added advantage.
• Up to 3 years of professional experience in admissions support, education consulting, EdTech, or advisory-based roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with students, and working professionals.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and online collaboration platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple applicants simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
