Position: Education Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career options, colleges, and universities in India and abroad.

* Provide guidance on admission processes, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.

* Maintain updated knowledge of educational institutions, courses, exams, and career trends.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

* Assist students in filling out application forms, documentation, and admission formalities.

* Follow up with students through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure successful enrolments.

* Conduct seminars, workshops, and orientation sessions when required.

* Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

Key Skills Required:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English proficiency).

* Good convincing and presentation abilities.

* Knowledge of the education sector (UG/PG courses, competitive exams, admissions).

* Ability to guide and mentor students with patience and empathy.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.

Qualification & Experience:

* Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management background preferred).

* 0–3 years of relevant experience in counselling, admissions, or sales.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
