Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counseling:

Counsel prospective students and working professionals about ICSS's cybersecurity and technical training programs (Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Cloud Security, AI, etc.)

• Lead Management:

Convert leads received via calls, walk-ins, social media, and inbound marketing into confirmed admissions.

• Follow-up Communication:

Call and email potential students to explain course details, career outcomes, and batch schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups. Understand the candidate’s needs and recommend suitable courses, closing the admission sale efficiently. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets and revenue goals. Maintain proper records of student interactions, follow-up status, and enrolled data in CRM. Attend and support career workshops/seminars/webinars in colleges or online platforms to generate leads.

• Sales Closure:

Understand the candidate’s needs and recommend suitable courses, closing the admission sale efficiently.

• Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets and revenue goals.

• Documentation:

Maintain proper records of student interactions, follow-up status, and enrolled data in CRM.

• Seminar Participation:

Attend and support career workshops/seminars/webinars in colleges or online platforms to generate leads.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Marketing or HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Passionate about education and career guidance.

Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (or local language for Bangalore).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity/IT training domain is a plus.
• Previous experience in EdTech or education counseling is an added advantage.
