We aim to empower the next generation of ethical hackers, security professionals, and cybersecurity consultants. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Counsel prospective students and working professionals about ICSS's cybersecurity and technical training programs (Ethical Hacking, VAPT, Cloud Security, AI, etc.) Lead Management: Convert leads received via calls, walk-ins, social media, and inbound marketing into confirmed admissions. Follow-up Communication: Call and email potential students to explain course details, career outcomes, and batch schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups. Understand the candidate’s needs and recommend suitable courses, closing the admission sale efficiently. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly admission targets and revenue goals. Maintain proper records of student interactions, follow-up status, and enrolled data in CRM. Attend and support career workshops/seminars/webinars in colleges or online platforms to generate leads.
